Media Center Seminar Passes

 

Students may pick up passes from the staff in the Media Center.

 

• Passes are not available for pick up until Monday morning for a given week's seminar.
  
• Students may pick up Media Center seminar passes after or before school.
  
• Students may pick up only one pass for him or herself.
  
• Students must sign the appropriate attendance sheet at the time of "pick-up."
  
• Passes will not be given during the 10 minutes passing time before seminar. The Media Center staff will only accept the Media Center seminar passes for admittance to the media center during seminar.
  
• The passes must be completely filled out by the students before coming to the Media Center.
  
• Passes will be collected by the media center staff when students enter the Media Center.
  
• Students must bring all necessary materials with them to the Media Center.

 

 

All students will return to their seminar rooms at 11:05 am. 

 

• Students will return with their passes to present to their seminar teachers for attendance purposes.
  
• Seminar teachers are to report any absences to attendance office.

 

 

Expectations during seminar

 

• Be seated and begin working on assignments or projects.
  
• If using a computer, restrict searching to school assignments.
  
• Never use someone else's work as your own.  Be sure to cite other works that are used.
  
• Always follow the copyright laws.
  
• Restart the computer before leaving the Media Center.
