A Dowling Catholic High School Tradition
48th Annual Pancake Breakfast & Bake Sale
Huge Success!

Supported by Parent’s Guild

We served over 5,000 people pancakes and sausages hot off the grill this year and had so much fun doing it!  It takes hundreds of volunteers to make this happen. It takes more than 32 committees to put on this event! We had hundreds of Dowling families bake cookies, pies, breads and goodies for the Maroon Market, which is always a favorite!

Everyone enjoyed the entertainment provided by the Dowling Jazz Bands and the Sacred Heart Middle School Jazz Bands.

The children (and adults for that matter) really enjoyed watching the balloon artist create balloon sculptures for the kids.

The Pancake Breakfast is truly a festive event and enjoyed by all; Dowling Alumni, grandparents, current Dowling families, faculty and future Dowling prospects. The Parent’s Guild loves bringing everyone together for this special event. It is one of the rich traditions of Dowling Catholic.

We are so thankful for all those who donated supplies, materials and time. A good time was had by all!  We hope to see you next year at our 49th Annual Dowling Pancake Breakfast & Bake Sale

One of the primary missions of the Parent’s Guild is to enhance the Dowling High School community spirit. We carry out that mission every year through the success of our Pancake Breakfast.

The Dowling Catholic students started selling their Pancake Breakfast tickets in early Oct. and sold over $52,000 in tickets this year. We also raised a lot of money through the Bake Sale and sales of aprons and potholders. All of the money raised will be used to fund the teacher’s wish list and their retirement fund.  We can not thank all of our volunteers; students, staff, parents, alumni enough!
