Success Center Seminar Passes

• Students needing to take a test during seminar may pick up seminar hall passes from Mrs. Gehring in the media center before or after school.
• Students may pick up only one pass for him or herself.
• Student must sign the appropriate attendance sheet at the time of pickup.
• Passes will not be issued during the 10 minutes passing time before seminar.

Success Center Procedures for Test Taking

• Cheating will not be tolerated.
• All materials - books, backpacks, purses, notebooks, etc. will be underneath the table while testing.
• No talking allowed during testing.
• Students will return to their seminar upon completion of test.

If students choose not to follow these rules the following will take place:

• Students will receive a zero on their test.
• Student's name will be submitted to the assistant principal for further disciplinary action.
